when I paste a image to issue. click the button [save and continue], the image is not saved. #2

i test it on redmine 1.3.X with mysql 5.5.X
cent os 5.3

when I create a new issue and paste an image with the plugin. click the button [save and continue], the image is not saved.

when I used [save] it'sOK.
