File Upload Improve - Remove .SNOTE contentdocuments

**Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently when you set a related record Id in the File Upload improved flow component, and turn on the setting to show files related to that record, it will show any Notes on the record (ContentDocuments of .SNOTE File Type). I do not think this is ideal.

Describe the solution you'd like

If possible I would like a setting to restrict .SNOTE contentdocuments from pulling into the tool or just have the tool ignore them completely.

Alternative Solution
Provide a Record Collection of ContentDocument (or ContentDocument Link) records to display instead of taking all ContentDocument/Link record related to a record id provided to the component.
