Feature
We need to port the Spell Queue System. Ovahlord wrote it for 4.3.4:
The-Cataclysm-Preservation-Project/TrinityCore@4430863

It needs some rewrite to fit this core.

It's critical that it's missing - should be a top prio to port it.
