Feature request: Automatically switch SMTP service

There are free smtp options with daily/monthly email limits. eg. oracle, aws ses etc. It would be nice if the app had logic to switch between them then select a preferred paid service when free limits are reached for all.

That could be a counter for each service setting and loading a new setting when needed. This could also be a way to set a budget limit for such services.
