PayPal AND SMTP email not working

Heyall!
Hope you guys are all having an great start of 2023!
So, i got seted up an instance on heroku with mini postgree (if that matters) on v.2.0-M4-2204.
My email server settings are from zoho.com: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/zoho-smtp.html on witch i made an test on https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test# and it worked fine...
These are the settings im putting on the SMTP alf.io page:

Idk what is wrong with it...
Another thing is paypal integration: i got an buisness account on paypal and here is what i did:
Fields with ID1 went to ID1 on alf.io and etc of course i changed them according to sandbox or live api keys.
Also i got the enable live mode when i tryed with the live api key
