Oh! I have not noticed this. Sorry for the duplication.
Do you think we could merge? I have a preference for the awesome format, since it's a globally used one. And I also think having guidelines is a good idea.
I'm happy to move this to GithubAlgeria if you want, Actually I think it's probably a good thing 👍

I'm actually pointing this to bring it up to discussion 😄

Personally, I prefer the awesome format as well. And I am also for centralizing the efforts in a one, full & active repo. Thus I think merging is a pretty good idea.

PS: There has been another effort like this redouane/awesome-algeria ...
