[Research] Understand how ethereum handles displaying erc20 tokens on the ledger (especially precision related)

Summary

Right now, we currently have a hard coded list of assets where we specially format their precision (for example, USDC). This isn't sustainable from a management or space perspective. For all other ASAs, we display them with no decimal points (even if precision is defined in the asa).

Scope

We need to research how ethereum handles this (if they do) in order to figure out how to solve it on our end.
