It works for me. You need Contact Form 7 and Contact Form DB plugins, otherwise, it doesn't work.
I use WordPress 5.3.2

Hi.
I'm installing this plugin (and Contact Form DB) but don't work. I've tested on 5.4.1 wordpress version.
When I try add a limit I saw a 'Add' and 'Update Settings' buttons twice but if click nothing happens.
