可以通过 envoyfilter 下发一个 route 的 stat_prefix，但是对所有 route 设置的话，路由数多的情况，会显著增加内存开销

另外，我之前我可能回复错了，这个是对于 envoy_http_upstream_rq 可以做到路由级指标

另外就是要把这个helm参数设置为 false，否则也不会吐出这个路由级指标
