otter怎么支持kakfa作为binlog缓存？ #1119

otter现在是把binlog拉到内存队列，然后处理的，整个设计理念是“binlog不落地”
现在业务上的双活希望引入kafka存储binlog，实现高可用
好处是：

就算binlog在mysql端被删了，还可以用kafka里面的数据
kafka可以暴露给其它服务消费，相当于起一个slave就可以让多个下游消费

感觉扩展性很高，但是不知道从哪下手。请教一下大佬，应该改造哪些模块
