RDS云数据库无法设置retl账号密码为：retl，RDS登陆root账号也没有超级管理员权限修改密码规则，
请问是不是可以修改 otter 里面连接数据库时 retl 账号的密码？

otter连接数据库我用的是root账号，是不是意味着 retl 这个账号就不用了？😂

网上看教程配置 MySQL双向实时同步，说需要执行 otter-system-ddl-mysql.sql ，我用 root 账号是不是就不用执行这个了？

用root账号可以不用建retl账号，但是buffer表、mark表还是要建的
