1 机房A是主机房， 处理业务请求， 机房B是灾备机房，不处理业务请求，空闲状态
2 配置机房A和机房B双向同步配置
3 机房A故障的时候， 流量切换到机房B， 假设数据不丢失，RPO=0
3 故障发生了2个小时，此时流量要切换回到机房A，因为outter配置了机房A和机房B的双向同步配置，这时机房B这2个小时运行产生的数据DML可以同步到机房A吗？
