Gitlab集成P3C检查，如何只对增量代码做检查，如修改了Hello.java 某10行代码，只检测该10行代码规范，存量不做检测

实现了，自己做了个小改造，通过git 命令获取到改动涉及的行数，缓存起来。p3c返回全量检验结果中剔除非改动的行，只将改动涉及的行返回到控制台
