能否开启 传输加速域名（全地域上传下载加速）oss-accelerate功能，这样在全球下载都可以加速了。

可以在自己公司的内网做一下需要 github 仓库的镜像，在 podfile 中的 pod 语句指向镜像地址即可，例如：
pod 'AFNetworking', :git => 'https://xxxxxxx'
