Description

As a evaluator of Cherrytwist, I want to be able to run the platform with data wihtout having npm installed

Acceptance criteria

  • docker compose script to automatically populate with a smaller set of data
  • remove env vars that are not needed from demo
  • update demo instructions to share the admin credentials

Additional Context

Likely will need another container at least during the build process to have npm and to use it to populate the data
