• Added two new notifications
• User notification when they join a new community
• Admin notification when a user joins a new community

Refactored notifications builders, added new typings

• Refactored notifications builders to have a common builder that builds the shared logic

Notifications working with new Preferences API

Alkemio Client Integration:

• Updated to work with new Preferences API - updated client-lib dependency
