Description

As a QA I want Sentry data to be cleaned from Postgre DB on a scheduled manner in order to keep tests running smoothly.

Acceptance criteria

Build that clean recreates Postgre DB is available and can be configured to be triggered on a schedule

Additional Context

Comoque1 added server-api-tests user story labels
