BUG: newsletter signup on foundation or not? #741

Describe the bug
The newsletter signup link is still active on the foundation site, and pointing to the old HubSpot instance.

Expected behavior
tbd: update the link to point to the new hubspot tenant is one option, other is to remove the newsletter sign up - but would really like to still have an option on the foundation for people to sign up.

@Fintokyo @larssondenise fyi - we have an issue. Question is what is the desired state?
