Finally got a connection with the gadget.... but i cant send/change any memo.

@nielskool We will look into it. But there is a new update for the iOS app in-review, so we'd like to know if your issues will be solved than already. Thanks for reporting!!

The new update improves the in app edditing of text fields, but I am still unable to send or receive any memo.

For sending / receiving memos, you will need to have an internet connection. Although imo the device should have been able to store it, this is done in the cloud. After WOTS i have more time to look into it. I will check with Suki, the iOS developer, if the update did go as planned.

I have as well an IPad (3) as an Android (S2plus). Both with BLE 4.0, but no sending or recieving memo's here also.. It seems a nice device, but the with a hidden activity...

For the next release tests will also be performed on the iPad3, now iphone4S+ devices where only tested. Theoretically it should also work on a iPad3 but this was not tested. If no internet connection is available while in range of the VirtualMemo device no memo's are received or stored. In the current version no notification is given about this and also no caching is done. It would be a good idea to cache unsent memo's and retrieved memo's based on the id's of found devices. so they can be displayed when in range again, for devices that are placed in an environment where internet is not available.
