Please try to display this more like the Argleton prototype. Tables can cause accessibility issues.

If possible, introduce the functionality for users to change the vehicle reg number and start date. I assume the permit will not be issued for 12 months due to the timings when the scheme runs, is that correct? In that case, we would need to provide appropriate advice in the 'Permit length' row and 'Expiry date' row.
