Messenger Randomizer AP v0.13.0-Alpha-5

• Hard mode logic is finished

Fixes:

• hard crash if the in game generate button was pressed on non-windows
• mod build reflects its actual release info for the alpha builds
• issue that caused gen to crash when portal shuffling or starting portals were disabled
• auto updating from the launcher should actually work now and grab the latest alpha build
