Right now on the WorldHigh maps, the inland sea (the IJsselmeer, Markermeer, and IJmeer) are not showing up, giving the Netherlands a very different geography than it really has. For instance, Amsterdam looks as though it is rather far inland when it is in fact a coastal city. Could this be updated please?

Well, the coastal lines on the maps are optimized, which means losing some detail. If we created a map that has perfect coastal lines, we'd have a multimegabyte maps.
You may try adjusting position of Amsterdam manually.
Alternatively, you may check out maps in amCharts 4.
Maps use different technology and method there, so chances are it might depict this particular coastal line differently.
