Browse URI's appending inconsistent ID's

If you go to http://browse.americanartcollaborative.org/object/cbm/20112.html

We see that the ObjectID for the record is '1584', however the URL for the page is using '20112', the latter ID is not an ID at all, but the Object Number 2011.2, with the period removed. I have not figured out why this is only for some records while others are using the Object ID in the URL itself.

If you look at the data on the review site for this record - http://data.americanartcollaborative.org/page/cbm/object/1584

You see it has the right ObjectID.
