Agents Overdue But Mesh Central Functions Working

1. Go to web UI Under agents it shows agent overdue
2. Click on Summary
3. Scroll down to Agent Version Shows Agent v0.1.0
4. See error

Expected behavior
Agents Should not be overdue.

./update.sh --force command fixed the issue. I Have upgraded the let's encrypt cert and it seems nats did not have proper permissions to access the updated keys
