Describe the bug
By during an fresh Install of Tactical RMM with the newest Version, Everytime i get this Error.
It tryed it in LXC an QEMU

There’s been issues with lxc in the past, use a standard vm and should work fine.

Are you following the install guide?

Yes, i tryed it as LXC and as normal QEMU with fresh Debian 12.1.0
I copy pasted the install Guid after the first falliere, but no success.

after removing the tow failed lines and restarting, im able to login, but i get an server error 500 by trying to add the first client in the initial setup. Also i am not able to chose the Timezone.

Yeah that's not right. I did a new install a week or so ago and it worked fine.

So you are using a real domain?

You haven't modified the script in any way?

we've identified the issue, this is affecting all installs at the moment. something in NPM changed outside of our control. working on fix and will release ASAP

@NiclasPe just released 0.16.3 with the fix so please wipe and do a fresh install using the latest install script and it should work

@wh1te909 sorry for the late Response, i can´t try it before because lets encrypt blocked me for to many requests for one Domain. 😅
Now everything works like a charm!

I just had this issue on debian 12 with install script version 83. I did a reboot, port forwarded from wan to lan, and ran the troubleshoot script. What was the cause of the issue previously? I am on a native vm on proxmox and assigned 512g, 24gb ram, 8 cpu.

I just found out that it can be accessed internally with a manual dns entry on our pfsense firewall at the host name. Ip doesn't work for now but that's probably expected. Enternal access was set to pure nat and then tested pure+proxy with the same results. I'll do some further investigation and update if I find something meaningful.
