For lower performance systems, for pallet based screen modes, and for configurability.
Please add a third optional colour wheel to the popup pallet selector menu.
It can be based on the systems gadgets (as it was in 3.8) or
based on your new colour ring, but it needs to be tweaked.
It should not update itself and redraw for every colour change.
Draw a full spectrum circle (like in attached image)
Have a brightness slider around the circle as it is now.
But only update the top frame of the edited colour.
This would save a lot of CPU and GFX mem bandwidth.
(I have no idea why it's so slow to redraw when it is bigger then 100x100)
for example ZOOMIT manages to render large areas at amazing FPS rates)
And please add simple RGB sliders in case of OS circle gadget,
or rework the code for in circle RGB sliders (they might perform acceptable
when there is no full redraw of the colour wheel gadget)
