Successfully Uploaded, but there was no response related to the file

I attempted to upload a very small file for a response or summary and it was successful.
However, when I tried to upload a PDF file of about 120MB, although the upload was successful, there was no response related to the file at all.
I tried changing to several models, but the situation remained the same.
