If you're having troubles with DKMS installation, try this:
Find your actual kernel ver by a command
Find a link to it in launchpad
Paste it to the install script here:
https://github.com/hayashidevs/amneziawg-install-script

I am not actually very familiar with Fedora, But I am pretty sure that this script can be adjusted to it as needed.
Anyway, this script is only a "higher language" installation method, which uses actually same methods as original one (but with easier high level approach)
