You don't need AmnesiaWG, the same functionality is in Amnesia VPN, you can connect the WARP configuration file there: https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amnezia-client/releases/download/4.8.1.9/AmneziaVPN_Linux_installer_4.8.1.9.tar.zip
