Below are the AMOS formal requirements for the Demo day taken from here.

Demo video
Create a 3min. video for use on our blog as part of the project report and as backup for the demo day..

You can start with slides and explanations, but at least 2/3 of the video should be a demo.
Explain what you are doing using voice, don’t be quiet. There should be a narrator!
We intend to publish the video; please don’t be in it if you don’t want to be seen.

Below is the mention to the demo day video taken from the AMOS slides found here.

Please create a 3 min. video demoing your work
● You should show running software, not just talk about it!
The demo video will be your demo backup
● Will also be posted on our blog and on LinkedIn

We should take the opportunity of needing to submit the demo video as a way to structure the live demo as well.

In this spirit, please go through the AMOS slides of last week in order to better understand what we are supposed to do during the demo day first and foremost and then based on these requirements to model the demo video as a condensed version of the live demo and at the same time as an intermediate deliverable that will help us structure the live demo.

The slides with all the details are here

The SD part of the demo (and subsequently of the demo video) should be more or less the following:

  • A script of how the entrepreneur user configures the app initially using the initialisation prompt so that it becomes an app related to lifestyle advice for people with persistent health conditions (please use the word "persistent" instead of "chornic" as this is the contemporary direction of the medical community).
  • A script of how the common user uses the app in order to personalise it into their own by answering the questions provided by the initialisation prompt.
  • A script of how the common user uses the app in order to produce a meal plan related to their health condition (diabetis) and nutritional particularities (peanut allergy) and nutritional preferences (pescatarian, so dishes with meat should be excluded).
  • Decide on the SD which will take the software operator role for the demo video.
  • Decide on the SD which will take the narrator role for the demo video.
  • Record and edit the video.
  • Edit / join the SD part of the video with the PO part of the video (which is 1 minute long of introductory info that will preceed the 2 minutes long part of the final demo video that will be dedicated to the software demonstration).
