T>V4 sometimes can take up to 5 minutes to complete when the lists get very large.

Output from cmd is still visible in screen if attached.

Note that screen being attached sometimes results in
"error encountered in the serial calls
device reports readiness to read but returned no data (device disconnected or multiple access on port?)
program exiting"

finding it to be about 50/50
