Helm repositories have an index.yaml in their root, which can be grabbed and filtered for tracked applications. (Maybe helm(s)://<http(s) url without schema>/g and helm(s)://<http(s) url without schema>/r/application)

Alternatively, for things on artifacthub.io, there's an API available which can read application information. (Could also support user/group-tracking)
