ITK reader - orthonormal direction cosines

Hi, when I run trn_3DUNET.py, I got the error of

ITK ERROR: ITK only supports orthonormal direction cosines. No orthonormal definition found!

in the line 142 of

es_label = sitk.GetArrayFromImage(sitk.ReadImage(gt_dir_es))

in train_val_dataset.py.

Hi, I think there is an issue with your ITK version. Please have a look at the link below.
