Open to packaging in Fedora? #27

Are you open to the idea of packaging this on Fedora? I've put together a specfile.
par2cmdline-turbo.spec.txt

Note, the changelog section is not fleshed out.
File has extra txt extension so GH will allow upload.

You're free to package/distribute etc in any way you like!
(if you're unaware, someone has already made a Fedora COPR package)

I'm not knowledgeable enough to know about how the packaging works or the spec file, but if you encounter any issues, feel free to post them here.
