Error: couldn't resolve module/action 'community.docker.docker_login'.

I have built a GitHub workflow and it should check the playbooks once, unfortunately I always get the following error:

syntax-check[unknown-module]: couldn't resolve module/action 'community.docker.docker_login'. This often indicates a misspelling, missing collection, or incorrect module path.

Here is the Ansible Lint GitHub workflow:

Does anyone know the reason for this and how to fix it?

I found this discussion on a Google search for my similar lint issue.

This might be a bug. I received this lint error when I already had community docker installed. I had to reinstall with the --force flag to resolve the issue.

ansible-galaxy collection install community.docker --force

If it helps, I installed Ansible and Ansible-Lint on OSX via Homebrew.
