Constructed inventory option should not appear in the inventory source creation menu

Bug Summary

A new confusing option has appeared in the menu to create an inventory source - this corresponds to the "constructed" option but this type cannot be created in that menu, so it should be removed.

Go to the demo inventory sources tab and click to add a new one

The constructed option should not be there
