Doc fragment issue with multiple namespaces

Summary

Adding this as a problem that does need to be addressed when we publish to different namespaces.
the documentation fragment, inclusion
extends_documentation_fragment: ansible.automation_hub.auth_ui
works in practice no matter what the collection namespace is.
However if installed under infra.ah_configuration, or galaxy.galaxy, when running ansible-doc on a module it will fail as it does not find the prerequisit FQCN.

we will need to do line in file to adjust this when publishing. or some similar fix.
