When I start a WebRTC stream and go to Chrome WebRTC internals, can someone just confirm with me that what I am seeing in outbound-rtp is the codec being used to stream the video? In this case, is it VP8 in the screenshot?
And if Chrome supports both H.264 and VP8, what logic is being used to decide which codec to use for the live stream?
