As a user,
I want to be able to change my wallet network,
so that I can switch between wallet networks

Acceptance Criteria

App should authorize if the network is supported
App should notify if the network is not supported

faisalnaveedRNS added mobile re:complete enhancement re:todo and removed re:complete labels
