Need the ability to drive row hammer tests using memory channel address

The rowhammer scripts currently take rows as targets and treats banks as contiguous groups of rows. We need to be able to know what rank, bank group, bank, and row we are hammering. Can you please add parameters that allow us to specify the rank, bank group, bank and row?

We also need to think about how to handle sub-channels on DDR5 and need to figure out if we want to always attack the same address on both subchannels or if we want to be able to specify different addresses.
