Important Update: Contribution Guidelines and Limits for SwapReads

Dear Contributors,

We have received new instructions from GSSOC regarding contribution limits for SwapReads. Please note the following guidelines:

1. Contribution Limit: You cannot contribute more than 150 points. This equates to completing 15 Level 1 issues.

2. Quality over Quantity: Avoid spamming and making meaningless contributions. Contributions that involve only typo fixes or minor documentation changes will not be assigned any level. Similarly, changes involving only one or two lines of code will not be given any level.

3. Determining Levels: We assess contributions based on their complexity:

   • Level 1: Minor bug fixes or small enhancements.
   • Level 2: Moderate changes that involve a few functionalities or improvements.
   • Level 3: Major additions or new features, which typically involve 200-400 lines of code.

4. Level Up Requests: Do not ping me requesting a change to Level 3. A Level 3 contribution must be substantial, involving significant code changes and adding new features.

Please keep these points in mind while contributing to our open-source project.
