Unable to validate the JWT Token second attempt

After enabling the JWT Token generation in APISIX in Composite Mode using CRDs instead of etcd Cluster, we are unable to validate the JWT token in the second attempt. First attempt it works but it fails in the second attempt. We tried running only one instance of the APISIX but it still failed to validate the JWT Token in the second attempt. We are getting 401 error for this issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
