It is not possible to trigger Cloud events from DevUI.

Details

The Trigger button is missing completely. The whole section needs to be adjusted to that.
If the the specific configuration is required to enable Cloud trigger in UI, it should be documented.

Acceptance criteria

Cloud events parts are adjusted to the actual DevUI behaviour.
