Installing MXNet Perl Bindings - mxnet_wrap.cxx 'c_api.h' file not found

After Installing MXNet from source on OS X (Mac), I trying to resolve MxNet perl bindings dependency from source

I think the error may be related to what is mentioned in the following feedback

Resolved

1. installed mxnet 1.9.1-1 with brew, this is installed in /opt/homebrew/Cellar/mxnet/1.9.1_1

2. copied perl-package into /opt/homebrew/Cellar/mxnet/1.9.1_1

3. made the link inside /usr/local/include
   sudo ln -s /opt/homebrew/Cellar/mxnet/1.9.1_1/include/nnvm/c_api.h .

4. cd /opt/homebrew/Cellar/mxnet/1.9.1_1 and run sh script with :
