Landscape Orinentation and Character Issue

Hello,
I want to adjust my Cups-PDF printer setting. I tried lots of options but I could not figure out. I want landscape and 132 characters wide can fit one line. When I used my below options, I always got a clockwise 90-degree rotation. I also tried to change something in PDF.pdd but it did not work.
My lp options are shown below:
SET prcmnd = 'lp -o landscape -d PDF'

I also attached my PDF.pdd and cups-pdf.conf
cups-pdf.conf.txt
PDF.pdd.txt
