Support for esp32c3

I don't know if this is supposed to be obvious or anything, but I just wanted to share that I've tested and ran swift code on an esp32c3, even tho all docs appear to explicitly mention the c6.

I think we could use help improving the UX / information delivery of which devices are supported by which examples and the common instructions for each example.
