[Bug]: Dark mode for Plan a Trip page

Describe the bug

The 'Plan a Trip' page currently has no styling changes between light and dark mode, resulting in a lack of visual consistency with the rest of the site. Updating this page to have distinct light and dark mode themes would improve user experience and visual coherence.

Expected behavior

When switching between light and dark mode, the 'Plan a Trip' page should adapt its styling accordingly:

In Dark Mode: Background, text, buttons, and other elements should follow the color scheme used throughout the site's dark mode. The text should remain readable against the darker background, and buttons and links should be styled with contrasting colors for easy visibility.
In Light Mode: Background, text, and buttons should align with the site’s light mode theme, with dark text on a lighter background for readability.
