Missing or confusing feedback when deleting a submission

The presence and state of the progress bar is confusing; it can probably be omitted entirely.

Also, it would be good to flash feedback to the management screen (e.g. "Your submission was successfully deleted.")

Edit: I understand now what the progress bar in above screenshot is supposed to signify that I didn't add a cross list or optional metadata, so maybe shouldn't omit after all.
