Describe the bug
TeX generated PS/PDF submissions are not detected. No warning is issued to the submitter.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Upload TeX Produced PDF

Expected behavior
A warning should be issued when a TeX Produced PS/PDF is submitted to arXiv.
