Chrome Pane: unable to save CSV or ShapeFile

Using the Arches ESRI add-in Chrome Pane, exporting search results and save either as a csv or shapefile, when you download the files, a blank window pops up and nothing downloads. This is a Chrome Pane issue as the files do download when using https://esriarches.fargeo.com/.

Steps to reproduce

1. Establish an Arches Connection:

2. Open the Chrome Pane

3. When the Chrome Pane opens, sign-in using the credentials above if you need to, and navigate to the search page

4. Draw a polygon over an area in Central London

5. Click on the Export Search Results tab and select either CSV or ShapeFile

6. Click the Download button - a blank window opens but nothing downloads

Again, in Arches through ChromePane, selected Records around a buffered point. Clicked ‘Export’ button, Format: shapefile, download. No zip file downloaded (also there seems to be no limit to the coordinate precision you can add):

Repeated search and download in Arches, this time as standalone, in a browser, not through Pro, and zip file downloaded. On opening zip folder there was an error text file:
“Either no instances were identified for export or no resources have exportable geometry nodes Please confirm that the models of instances you would like to export have geometry nodes and that those nodes are set as exportable”.

16th October: Tried to replicate this last part, through a standalone browser, but no shapefile downloaded this time. Only got a blank white box:
